The Profile Page
VALR uses your physiological information to calculate your training zones that guide your training intensity for each workout. The more we know about you, the more accurate your zones, and the more effective your training! One important part of that information comes from the Challenge Set—a test workout we use to determine your heart rate at your estimated lactate threshold.
