This is the main page that gets you started on each day’s run. You can select the workout planned for today based on the current campaign. Or you can swap today’s planned run with one from a different day this week. You can also use JustGO to just run for as long as you like, and VALR will adjust your campaign to take that into account. Or you can even cross train and track your volume (with one cross train session per week counting toward your campaign goals).
