What happens if you miss a workout or deviate from the plan? Not a problem, this is where we excel! VALR will give you the option to complete the workout on an available training day later in the week. If you don’t have another training day available, VALR will adjust your upcoming workouts to make sure that you stay on track to build your fitness and meet your goals.

Feeling good? Swap today’s run for a harder workout later in the week. Or just run for longer! Feeling bad? Swap out for an easier run, or just cut it short. However you change it up, VALR will “recalculate” and update to keep you on plan and on track.
